It''s a fairly common policy that certain offenders on probation and or parole are restricted from using the internet enterely, but what about when that supevisrion ends?

 

Most states require the registration of internet identifiers but some states outright ban certain offenders from being on any social website even if the terms of their probation or parole are complete.
