Most all offenders on supervision will have a curfew.  Whether or not will be determined by their offense date as well as their type of supervision.

 

Curfews were added in 1995 so unless the offense date is older a curfew will most likely apply.

 

Sex Offender Probation - Usually 10PM - 6AM

 

CRD - Usually 7PM - 7AM

 

Community Control - In essense there is no curfew because there are restrictions 24/7 limiting these offenders from leaving their homes without pre approval from their probation offiicer.
